Power Metal Resources PLC (LON:POW) roared on Thursday after a company owned by chief executive Paul Johnson bought 1mln shares for £4,230.
Value Generation Limited acquired the shares at the price of 0.423p each, a 10% premium on Wednesday’s closing price of 0.38p.

Johnson now owns 27.1mln shares, representing 4.9% of the mining firm.
It was Johnson’s second purchase of the day having earlier bought another slug of million shares at 0.41p.
