Conroy Gold and Natural Resources Plc (LON:CGNR) has raised £302,500 through a share placing and subscription.
The proceeds will be used to support exploration work at Clontibret, Clay Lake and Glenish which are located along the Orlock Bridge Fault in Ireland.
It intends to announce details of the 2020 work programme for these projects in due course.
Some 2.08mln new shares were sold in a share placing arranged by Brandon Hill Capital and a further 437,500 shares were sold in the subscription. The new shares were priced at 12p each.
Investors in the placing will also receive share warrants, exercisable at 16p.
