Pembridge Resources PLC (LON:PERE) has appointed David James as its new chief financial officer to replace Paul Fenby, who has left to take up another post.
Gati Al-Jebouri, Pembridge’s chief executive and chairman, said: “Paul has made a significant contribution to Pembridge both in the acquisition of the Minto mine, and the subsequent re-admission of the company's shares to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange."
David James, meanwhile, will bring a wealth of relevant experience, added Al-Jebouri.
James qualified with KPMG in 1995 and has worked for a variety of multinational groups.
For the past ten years, he has run his own business providing financial reporting services to multinational listed companies.
