The AIM-listed company owned 15mln shares in the lithium-focused miner, representing 1.87% of its entire issued capital.
The sale process was conducted between November and early February.
In the same update, Thor said it is likely to receive offers for its Spring Hill gold project royalty entitlement during the first quarter of 2020.
The mine was sold off in 2016 but the miner will receive a royalty of A$6 for every ounce of gold produced in the tenements that is sold for up to A$1,500 per ounce, or A$14 per ounce when the gold is sold for over A$1,500 per ounce.
