AIM-listed regenerative medtech Tissue Regenix Group PLC (LON:TRX) has temporarily closed its manufacturing plant in Texas after a cybersecurity breach.
The incident involved unauthorised access to its computer systems and those of its third-party IT service provider in the United States.
Investigations are underway using forensic cybersecurity experts with the company also working to quantify the potential financial impact and what is covered by its business disruption insurance.
The incident is not believed to have impacted its UK operations or financial systems.
