PolarX Ltd (ASX:PXX) has gained a new substantial shareholder in Golden Hill Investments.
The new holder has 21 million shares for a 5.04% interest in the company.
PolarX owns 100% of the Alaska Range Project, which is split into the Caribou Dome Project, the Stellar Project, and the Zackly Claims.
Golden Hill joins PolarX’s largest shareholder Lundin Mining which has an estimated 12.8% stake in the company.
Other notable institutional investors on the company’s register include JP Morgan, US Global, Ruffer Gold Fund and Lowell Resources Fund.
