European Lithium Ltd (ASX:EUR) (FRA:PF8) (VSE:ELI) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX this morning pending the release of details regarding definitive feasibility study (DFS) financing.
Shares in the company will remain halted until the earlier of either, the release of the relevant information, or, the commencement of trading Monday 30 December 2019.
Aiming to become a battery-grade lithium producer
The company aims to become the battery-grade lithium producer in Europe through the development of its flagship Wolfsberg Lithium Project in Austria.
A major component of this process is completing the DFS on Wolfsberg.
The company’s primary listing is on the ASX and it is also listed in Germany (FRA:PF8) and Austria (VSE:ELI).
