VolitionRx Limited's (NYSEAMERICAN:VNRX) Cameron Reynolds talks through the rationale for its acquisition of epigenetic reagent company Octamer GmbH.
Reynolds says they're paying around €650,000 euros ($725,000) in cash and stock and the deal is expected to close in January 2020.
