IG Group Holdings PLC (LON:IGG) has appointed Robert McTighe to follow Jonathan Moulds, who will leave his post on 3 February.
The FTSE 250-listed online trading company said McTighe brings leadership, board and regulatory experience from both public and private companies.

He is currently chairman of BT Group’s (LON:BT.A) functional division Openreach, lender Together Financial Services and distributor of branded building products Arran Isle.
Moulds was appointed as interim chairman earlier this year after Andy Green announced he would step down without giving a specific reason.
