Tremor International Ltd (LON:TRMR) has extended its partnership with TV data and measurement business Alphonso for two years, as it enhances its video advertising offering, helping companies “retarget” TV adverts across other video devices like mobiles and laptops.
The AIM-listed company said it had agreed the extension so that it would continue receiving data collected by Alphonso, whose viewership data has allowed Tremor’s clients to target specific audiences in real-time based on their demographics and viewing habits for the past four years.
In a statement, Ofer Druker, chief executive officer of Tremor said the partnership was an “important step towards enhancing our leadership in TV retargeting”, and reinforced the growth it has seen since the merger with RhythmOne earlier this year.
Tremor Video is the company’s tech tool that allows advertisers to see and manage their video campaigns and placements on a single page, alongside visuals that track delivery and performance.
The company said it also plans to enhance its offering for self-service clients in 2020.
Tremor shares were up 1% at 151.8p in midday trading on Friday.
