Predictive Discovery Ltd (ASX:PDI) is ramping up exploration at its joint venture projects in Cote D’Ivoire and its 100%-owned projects in Guinea.
Exploration at the JV projects in Cote D’Ivoire is managed by partner and ASX gold producer Resolute Mining Limited (ASX:RSG).
Diamond drilling at the Ferkessedougou North Project is expected to begin in January 2020 targeting the new Ouarigue South gold discovery.
The 100x210-metre discovery, which features early drill results of 45.3 metres at 3.16 g/t gold from 46 metres is open to the south and at depth.
Apart from the planned diamond drilling, further exploration work along the 17-kilometre-long Ferkessedougou North gold-in-soil trend is expected in the coming months.
Aircore drilling is also planned during the March quarter at the Boundiali Project in Cote D'Ivoire targeting four kilometres of untested gold-in-soil geochemical anomalies.
Soil sampling results pending and drilling planned in Guinea
Target definition is underway across Predictive's 100%-owned Kankan, Kaninko and Nonta Projects in Guinea.
Aircore and RC drilling is expected to commence in the March 2020 quarter.
Furthermore, results are pending from the first phase of soil sampling covering a 17 square kilometre area on a 400x50-metre spaced sampling grid at Kaninko.
