CentralNic Group PLC's (LON:CNIC) Ben Crawford speaks to Proactive London's Andrew Scott following the news they're to acquire Team Internet - a Munich-based domain name monetisation services provider.
Crawford expected the deal to be immediately earnings enhancing for the current financial year while also expanding their customer base and product set.
