Paul Fletcher, the chief financial officer of Vast Resources PLC (LON:VAST), has been appointed as the company's finance director.
Roy Tucker, who was the finance director, will continue as business director of the company.
“I have great pleasure in welcoming Paul to the board,” said Andrew Prelea, the chief executive officer of Vast Resources.
“Paul has demonstrated expertise and commitment to Vast ever since his appointment as chief financial officer and has already made a significant contribution to the company. I believe that his appointment to the board will strengthen the company in this next important phase of the company’s history,” he added.
