Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) (FRA:38A) will begin trading with its new name Archer Materials Limited on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) from Tuesday next week, November 5, 2019.
Corporate regulator ASIC changed Archer’s name in its registries today after the company’s shareholders voted for the change at a shareholder meeting held yesterday.
The Sydney-headquartered company will continue to use the AXE ticker on the ASX from Tuesday after ASX Ltd (ASX:ASX) puts through its approved name change.
