The AIM-listed company said it was looking for a chief executive with “extensive manufacturing expertise” as it expands globally

Wood hardening specialist Accsys Technologies PLC (LON:AXS) has appointed ex-BP and Reliance Industries executive Robert Harris to step in as chief executive after Paul Clegg departs after a ten-year stint.

The AIM-listed company, which employs acetylation to transform cheaper softwood into high-performance and sustainable building products, said it was looking for a chief executive with “extensive manufacturing expertise” as it expands globally.
