Live Company Group PLC (LON:LVCG) is still in advanced discussions with the sellers of Bright Bricks Holdings about the deferred consideration for the acquisition.
Bright Bricks is the group's production centre for building brick-based models. It completed the acquisition a year ago and was due to pay today £833,000 in the form of shares to the previous owners.
