Full interview: Metal Tiger CEO: Sandfire acquisition of MOD Resources 'truly transformational for us'

Metal Tiger Plc's (LON:MTR) Michael McNeilly tells Proactive London's Andrew Scott they're set to become the new owner of just under 6.3mln new shares in Sandfire Resources (ASX:SFR) after a scheme of arrangement was approved by the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Sandfire is acquiring all the issued shares of MOD Resources Ltd (LON:MOD)(ASX:MOD).

MOD is the owner of the sizeable T3 copper project in Botswana.

McNeilly also discusses recent developments with Kalahari Metals Ltd which has identified veinlet and disseminated sulphide copper mineralisation in drilling on its licences in Botswana.

To date, nine drill holes totalling 2,008 metres have been completed across two projects, Ngami and Okavango.
