OPG Power Ventures PLC (LON:OPG) has appointed Indian industrialist N Kumar to its board.
Kumar, vice chairman of Sanmar Group and previously president of Confederation of Indian Industry, will join as a non-executive director next month.
He is one of two replacements announced by the India-focused developer and operator of power generation plants on Wednesday to fill the holes left as NEDs Michael Grasby and Jeremy Beeton stand down in November and in March 2020, respectively.
