Bezant Resources PLC's (LON:BZT) Laurence Read tells Proactive London they've entered into a conditional transaction agreement to sell an 80% interest in the Mankayan copper project in the Philippines to Mining and Minerals Industries Holding Pte.Ltd
Read says the project's a significant property and the agreement allows them to secure funding to progress it while also generating value for Bezant.
