EnWave Corporation (CVE:ENW) (OTCMKTS:NWVCF) has signed a royalty agreement to license its dehydration technology to Spanish potato chip maker Patatas Fritas Torres SL.

The deal is the second royalty-bearing agreement the company has signed in Spain, and the 12th agreement involving the dairy industry.

Patatas Fritas Torres is a family business founded in 1969 based in the Catalonia region of Spain. The company plans to sell the REV-produced snacks in local and export markets.
