Belvoir Group PLC’s (LON:BLV) founder and former chairman Mike Goddard is to trim his stake in the property letting specialist.
Goddard currently holds almost 4.4mln shares, or about 12.6% of the total in issue, out of which he plans to sell 2mln.
Broker finncap will handle the placing at not less than 105p per share through an accelerated bookbuild to institutions.
