Sarah Dees joined in February as its chief executive and as an executive director.
The company said Dees has “a wealth of management and fundraising experience” across a variety of sectors including financial technology, banking, live events and natural resources.
"I am delighted to have the opportunity to lead Iconic Labs through the next phase of its development following the recent Board changes. I will be prioritising early dialogue with OTT Holdings, alongside existing shareholders and lenders", Dees said in a statement.
The new CEO appointment follows news that directors John Quinlan, Liam Harrington and Sam Asante had considered their position in light of outstanding issues relating to the European High Growth Opportunities Securitization Fund (EHGOF), and had resigned with immediate effect on January 31.
Stephen Birrell joined as an independent Non-Executive Director in February.
Birrell is currently a Non-Executive Director of Ascent Resources PLC and of Ossian Energy with a background in geoscience and brings broad experience of Corporate Governance, Project Management, Stakeholder Relations, Joint Venture Management and Business Development, Iconic said.
