First broadcast in 2012, The Snowman and The Snowdog is a sequel to the animated short film The Snowman, which was first broadcast on UK television in 1982 after being adapted from Raymond Briggs' 1978 book of the same name.
Andy Smith, deputy chairman of Bricklive, said adding the “timeless classic” to the firm’s portfolio was a “very proud moment” and the group looked forward to developing the “important partnership further”.
Thomas Merrington, creative director at Penguin Ventures, which manages Snowman Enterprises, added: "We are always looking at how we can bring our classic characters to family audiences in new and unexpected ways and partnering with BRICKLIVE does exactly that. The sculptures show incredible attention to detail and we are really excited to see this tour come to life."
Live Company shares were walking in the air in early trading, rising 7.1% to 53p.
