Heavily indebted telecommunications giant BT Group PLC (LON:BT.A) is reportedly in discussions to sell its corporate business in Ireland.
Sky News reported that the formerly state-owned company is holding talks with London-based Mayfair Equity Partners, with the asking price likely to be in excess of €300mln.

Mayfair Equity Partners provide buyout and growth capital to dynamic businesses in the technology, media & telecom and consumer sectors.
It has invested in Yo!, the fast-casual restaurant operator focusing on Japanese cuisine, and Ovo, the independent supplier of domestic energy.
