Sound Energy PLC said non-executive director David Clarkson has now left the board. His departure was first flagged in May.
The company also confirmed that chief executive James Parsons will stay in role while the company explores “monetisation options” for its Moroccan gas assets.
“This marketing process is ongoing and the company continues to expect the results to be known prior to the end of 2019,” Sound added.
