Variscan Mines Limited (ASX:VAR) CEO Stewart Dickson chats Proactive's Andrew Scott through the company's acquisition of two advanced zinc projects in Spain.
Dickson says the projects, which include granted mining tenements, fit nicely alongside their existing portfolio of high-impact base metals interests.
He adds the deal also sees specialist sector-specific investors joining the share register, giving them the capital to begin work immediately.
