AMTD International Inc (NYSE:HKIB), an asset manager based in Hong Kong, has settled into a groove after a strong public debut on Monday.
The company raised $174 million offering 20.8 million shares at $8.38 per share, just above the midpoint of its projected range, before opening at $8.91. AMTD is the biggest independent investing firm in Asia in terms of both the number and total size of the Hong Kong and US IPOs completed.
Its stock dropped 2.6% Friday morning to $9.66 but remains up for the week.
InMode Ltd (NASDAQ:INMD), an Israeli medical aesthetic device company, is down slightly following its Thursday debut. The company opened trading at $13.50 after offering 5 million shares at $14 each, the low end of its range, to raise $70 million. InMode has developed a series of minimally-invasive cosmetic treatment devices, which it sells to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, OB/GYNs and other professionals.
Shares ticked up almost 2% Friday to $13.83, slightly above its debut price.

Chinese augmented reality (AR) company WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc (NASDAQ:WIMI) has still yet to officially go public since announcing terms for its IPO on July 15. The Beijing company still hopes to bring in $34 million from 4 million shares at a price of between $7.50 and $9.50 per share. It offers holographic advertising services and other AR entertainment products.
