A company related to executive chairman of EnviroGold (ASX: EVG) Brian Johnson has lodged a notice of initial substantial shareholder.
Mr Johnson advised on 2 July 2009 that he had agreed to a put and call arrangement in relation to 10 million EnviroGold shares held by HSBC Custody Nominees (Australia) Limited on behalf of RAB Capital.
Brian Johnson or his nominee can purchase these shares at his option anytime before 15 December 2009 at 7.5 cents per share.
Mr Johnson nominated Moonstar Investments Pty Ltd as trustee of his wife’s Trust, and the acquisition for the shares was affected on 30 November 2009.
Mr Johnson is not a director of the trustee company or a beneficiary of the trust.
