A-Cap Resources (ASX: ACB) director Henry Stacpoole and indirect interests have increased up their holdings in A-Cap Resources.
Stacpoole Enterprises acquired 500,000 shares on-market in ACB at 40c per share on 30 November 2009 for a total value of about $200,000.
Shares in the company increased 2c, or 4.8%, to 43c in morning trade.
