Pressure Technologies AIM: PRES), the holding company for Chesterfield Special Cylinders Limited, listed on AIM this week. The company "designs, manufactures and offers testing and refurbishment services for a range of speciality high pressure, seamless steel gas cylinders for global energy and defence markets."
Pressure Technologies raised £6 million before expenses by way of placing shares at 150 pence per share, giving the group a market capitalisation of £17 million. The company said the cash would be used for organic growth and general working capital.
