Goldplats execute placing at 10% market premium
Goldplats (AIM:GDP) have successfully raised £500,000 in a placing of 5,000,000 new ordinary with admission expected to occur on the 13th April 2007. The placing was at a 10% premium to the market and the news has been received warmly with Goldplats shares trading over 20% higher than yesterdays close.
Following the placing, Sirus Resources Fund holds a 4.58% stake in Goldplats.
