Servision raises more cash at hefty premium

Security camera systems group Servision (LON:SEV) has raised more money at a substantial premium to the market price.

Two private investors bought shares worth a gross £68,600 at a price of 5.2p per share, some 60% above yesterday’s closing price.

The new subscription shares represent 1.87% of the enlarged issued share capital. In July, Servision raised £625,000 also at a price of 5.2p.

The company has developed ground breaking mobile video technology that allows CCTV to be streamed direct and live from moving vehicles with products already being used by G4S, Brinks, Loomis and the Royal Mail in their respective cash handling operations.
