Clarity Commerce Solutions plc (AIM: CCS), which supplies management software solutions for the retail and leisure sectors, said it expected full year results to be significantly below market expectations. The profit warning surprised the market, as both Chairman Tim Bittleston and Executive Director Peter Walker increased their stakes in January. Clarity blamed the revision on a number of delayed projects that will now fall into the next financial year.
Shares in Clarity dropped 22.5% to 41.5 pence.
