Paragon Diamonds (LON:PRG) told investors that it has not received an offer to buy the company from Titanium Capital Investments or any other party.
In a stock exchange statement, responding to press speculation, the company said it is, however, in discussions with Titanium about potentially appointing a representative to the board.
As yet no formal agreement has been reached though, the company confirmed.
