Shares in Xtract Energy jumped this morning after parent compnay Cambrian Mining said it had snapped up 18.5 million shares, taking its total holding to 311.442 million representing 55.88% of the issued capital.
Xtract is already in the throws of acquiring Cambrian Oil & Gas, another spin off of Cambrian Mining. Shares in Xtract were up 11.5% to 4.875 pence.
