Bushveld Minerals brings in £400,000 through warrants

Bushveld Minerals (LON:BMN) has brought in a further £395,891 of funds following the exercise of warrants, it told investors.

They were issued during the October placing of £1.25mln.

Participants were issued with one warrant for every placing share. They have an exercise price of 5p and must be exercised within two years.

The net proceeds will go towards the ongoing development of the Bushveld iron ore project and the Mokopane tin project, both of which are in South Africa.

Bushveld shares edged up higher in early deals 0.85% to stand at 5.95p.
