Kopane Diamond Developments PLC (AIM: KDD) said it received notification yesterday that as at July 15, Obtala Resources PLC (AIM: OBT) holds in aggregate 32,200,000 Kopane shares, representing 14.66 percent of the issued share capital, indirectly through a financial instrument held by Spreadex Ltd.
Obtala continues to hold 32,335,000 shares directly and therefore remains interested in an aggregate holding of 64,535,000 shares representing 29.39 percent of the issued share capital in Kopane.
