Virtual queuing specialist Lo-Q (LON:LOQ) has extended its relationship with Palace Entertainment, the largest water park operator in the United States.
Today’s extension sees two of Palace’s water parks adopt Lo-Q’s combined technology queuing solutions in 2013.
The company’s Q-band will be rolled out at California’s largest water park Raging Waters, while Noah’s Ark, the largest water park in the whole of the US, has started using accesso’s Passport online ticketing system.
Lo-Q bought accesso, one of the world’s leading ticketing and e-commerce groups, for £13.7mln just over a month ago.
“I am delighted that we have extended our relationship with Palace Entertainment,” said Lo-Q chief executive Tom Burnet.
“Building on the success at Splish Splash, these agreements reinforce the benefits that the combined group offers and highlights the strong position that Lo-Q holds in the market.
“The recent acquisition of accesso has helped us provide a one-stop shop for technology solutions to the leisure industry and enables us to deepen our relationships with leading park operators, such as Palace Entertainment.”
Palace operates a total of 40 attractions in North America.
The Raging Waters deal follows last year’s successful launch of Lo-Q’s Q-band product at Splish Splash, another Palace-owned park on Long Island.
