Kopane Diamond Developments PLC (AIM: KDD) said it received notification today that as at May 8 2009, Obtala Resources PLC (AIM: OBT) holds in aggregate 65,335,000 Kopane shares, representing 29.75 percent of the issued share capital.
In March 2009, Obtala invested £1.75 million for a 23 percent stake in Kopane Diamonds.
