Kopane Diamond Developments PLC (AIM: KDD) said it received notification yesterday that as at April 29 2009 Obtala Resources PLC (AIM: OBT) holds in aggregate 61,635,000 Kopane shares, representing 28.07 percent of the issued share capital.
In March 2009, Obtala invested £1.75 million for a 23 percent stake in Kopane Diamond.
