Seeing Machines to install driver monitoring technology into National Express fleet

Seeing Machines (LON:SEE) is to install its driver monitoring technology into National Express’s white fleet coach network and The King's Ferry operations. The equipment is designed to help reduce driver fatigue and distraction.

Russian miner Polymetal (LON:POLY) has decided to convert US$10mln of loans into Chaarat Gold shares.  Chaarat says the decision’s an endorsement of its strategy and prospects.

Centrica’s chief executive Iain Conn is to stand down after the big six gas utility slid into losses and slashed the interim dividend. The embattled utility is also to pull out of oil and gas production to focus on renewables.

Bakery chain Greggs rolled out a special 35p dividend after what it described as an exceptional first half. Underlying profits were up 57% though the going will become a little tougher going forward as it invests even more in its product range.

Games Workshop (LON:GAW) also reported a record set of numbers. Profits rose by 9% while shareholders were rewarded with a 23% dividend hike.
