Circle Property can continue to head performance tables says CEO Arnold

There is every reason to suppose we can continue to produce class-leading performance says John Arnold, chief executive of Circle Property PLC (LON:CRC).

Arnold was talking to Proactive after Circle increased net asset value by 20% to 277p in the year to March, the third year running it has increased annual NAV by a fifth.

'We don’t buy yield but assets that perform' he says, adding that the group has now sold its last retail property and bar one Industrial site near Ipswich has a portfolio consisting of regional offices.
