Milestone for AfriTin Mining as it marks transition from explorer to producer

AfriTin Mining Ltd's (LON:ATM) Anthony Viljoen dropped into the Proactive London studio as the company officially marked the move from explorer to producer with first ore being fed through the crushing circuit at the Uis tin mine in Namibia.

During commissioning, the plant will produce initial tin concentrate, with continuous plant operations likely to commence in July 2019.

Commissioning will be followed by a production ramp up spanning four months with the goal of achieving design capacity before the end of the fourth quarter.
