California Gold Mining Inc (CSE: CGM) (OTCMKTS: CFGMF) CEO Vishal Gupta tells Proactive Investors the gold explorer is expanding efforts to develop a CBD hemp project at its Fremont property in Mariposa County, California, a potential resource of almost 900,000 ounces of gold.
Gupta says the company recently secured $3 million in debt financing to fund the build-out of its 27,000 square foot greenhouse, launching in 3Q 2019.
