Stratex International's Marcus Engelbrecht on 'positive' talks with Turkey joint venture partner

Marcus Engelbrecht, chief executive of Stratex International plc (LON:STI) tells Proactive's Andrew Scott they've resumed talks with Bahar Madencilik, their joint venture partner at the Altıntepe gold mine in Turkey over their share of revenues from mining operations.

Stratex owns a 45% interest in Altintepe and is due to receive 20% of net cash from operations until capital expenditure has been repaid, at which point it will be due 45%.

However, in February the company reported that such distributions had yet to take place.

Engelbrecht also touched on latest developments at their projects in Senegal and Egypt.
