Sinclair Pharma PLC said it has acquired the remaining 49.95 percent of Spain’s Laboratorios Novo Pharma SL from its management for €300,000, thus creating the fully owned operating
Company Sinclair Pharma Espana.
Sinclair now has 100 percent owned operations in France, Italy, UK and Spain.
Since the interim management statement in November, 2008 Sinclair has signed 19 new distribution agreements covering 15 products in 11 countries, which brings the total number of new deals in this financial year to 39 in aggregate, representing minimum purchase obligations of €3.5 million under these new agreements in the first year after product launch.
