Underground drill targets identified in close proximity to the three main veins

The recent work carried out covers an extremely small area with obvious underground drill targets in close proximity to the three main veins. The deposit is open along strike and to depth. The company intends to commence an underground drilling programme, along with further mapping and channel sampling in other historic workings in early to mid 2019.

Harwood Wealth Management (LON:HW) 155p £93.81m

Harwood Wealth Management Group, a leading UK based financial planning and discretionary wealth management business, reported that, following the close of its financial year ended 31 Oct 2018, it expects to report strong revenue growth which is broadly in line with market expectations and adjusted EBITDA ahead of market expectations.

Consistent with the Board's strategy since IPO, this performance has been driven by both organic growth and acquisitions. During the financial year, a total of nine acquisitions were completed for an aggregate total consideration of £10.7m, (£9m net of cash acquired). Cash at the end of Oct 2018 was £13.6m, reflecting payments for acquisitions made in the year and deferred consideration for acquisitions made in previous periods, augmented by the cash generative nature of the business.

Knights Group (LON:KGH) 215p £156.87m

Knights, one of the UK's fastest growing regional legal and professional services businesses, announced an update on trading for the half year ended 31 Oct 2018.

Following a successful listing on AIM in June 2018, the Board is pleased with the Group's continued performance and is confident that the results for the half year will be in line with expectations, with a double digit increase in organic revenue compared to the same period last year alongside strong EBITDA growth.

During the period, the Company acquired two businesses, Turner Parkinson in Manchester and Spearing Waite in Leicester, and integration of both businesses is proceeding to plan. Knights has also invested further in Manchester and will be moving the Turner Parkinson business into larger offices in Spring 2019 which will enable further growth in accordance with the Group's strategy.

Plus500 (LON:PLUS) 1,352p £1,463.62m

Plus500, a leading online service provider for trading Contracts for Differences internationally, announced that the strong momentum reported in its Q3 Trading Update issued on 23 Oct has continued into Nov to date. Accordingly, the Board believes that the Group's results for the financial year ended 31 Dec 2018 will be ahead of previous market expectations.

"We are delighted to report positive momentum for October and November as we move towards the end of the financial year. We believe we are in a good position for 2019 and continue to focus on acquiring high value customers as well as growing in existing and new jurisdictions."

TP Group (LON:TPG) 6.55p £48.17m

TP Group, the specialist services and engineering group, announced an order from a customer in the United Arab Emirates worth c.£0.75m. This is the first order of note received by Westek Technology Ltd since its acquisition by the Group which was announced on 5 Nov 2018.

Under this order, more than 50 rugged servers and data storage systems will be built at the Westek facility in Wiltshire for delivery in 2019.

"It is pleasing to see the first noteworthy win for the Westek team since they joined the Group earlier this month. The Gulf region has long been one of our strategic market expansion targets. Orders such as this increase our footprint in the region and expand our customer base, whilst also complementing the work already delivered by our technology and engineering teams."

ClearStar (LON:CLSU) 56.5p £20.15m

ClearStar, the technology and service provider to the background check industry, announced that it has secured two new customers with the contracts having an expected combined value of over $1m annually commencing in 2019. The contracts, which are rolling contracts, are for the provision of Financial Institution Screening, representing the entry into a new market for ClearStar, and Medical Information Services respectively.

The Company's contract for Financial Institution Screening has been awarded by a global professional services company that provides solutions to improve the operations of its Fortune 500 clients. ClearStar will provide screening for personnel placed with the customer's financial institution clients to ensure compliance with the US Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDI Act), which governs the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the banks insured by that organisation, and the US Patriot Act.

Cohort (LON:CHRT) 420p £171m

Cohort, the independent technology group, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary SEA has been awarded a follow-on 5-year contract by an existing customer worth £5.4m to support maritime equipment for the Royal Navy.

"This latest contract award demonstrates our expertise in supporting maritime equipment and builds on our relationship with an existing client. Alongside other recent wins, this contract enhances the visibility of future Group revenue."

Ilika (LON:IKA) 18.25p £18.38m

Ilika, the advanced solid-state battery technology and materials innovation company, announced an intended manufacturing partnership with Semefab Ltd for the manufacture of Stereaxâ thin film solid-state cells.

Since 1986, Semefab has produced a diverse portfolio of CMOS, ASIC and semiconductor technologies. Ilika and Semefab have undertaken a detailed review of Ilika's qualified process for the manufacture of Stereaxâ thin film batteries. Semefab has confirmed that it has the microfabrication know-how to be able to manufacture Stereaxâ cells on an economic basis in quantities suitable for market introduction of products. Semefab has also confirmed that the Ilika process is technically compatible with its facility in Fife, Scotland.

Maestrano Group (LON:MNO) 9.35p £7.48m

Maestrano Group, the open cloud business integration platform with cross-app data synchronization, announced it has now successfully gone live with a multinational, US headquartered, value-add technology distributor.

The Maestrano platform provides a branded white label marketplace platform, enabling products and services to be presented in online storefronts controlled and operated by the distributor's resellers across Asia Pacific and Europe. Achieving this required a deep integration with the back-office ERP platform, a significant technical challenge and achievement.

The resellers will use the platform for product marketing, ordering and fulfilment, covering a wide range of products, applications and services. A progressive roll out of this service by region is now underway.

BlueRock Diamonds (LON:BRD) 0.28p £1.31m

BlueRock Diamonds, the diamond mining company which owns and operates the Kareevlei Diamond Mine in the Kimberley region of South Africa, announced an update on KV1, one of its five known diamondiferous kimberlite pipes at Kareevlei.

BlueRock is currently mining from two pipes at Kareevlei: KV1 and KV2. It has now processed the first Level 1 (10m to 20m below surface) ore from KV1 totalling 20,500 tonnes resulting in grades of between 3.90 carats per hundred tonnes ('cpht') and 5.11 cpht at an average grade of 4.51 cpht, exceeding the Company's expectations. The average grade in 2017 when mining exclusively from KV2 was 2.45 cpht and in H1 2018 was 3.17 cpht, also from KV2. KV1 has an inferred grade of 6.3 cpht.
