RHA update: Cadence Minerals withdraws from funding the DFS
NORTHLAND VIEW
- Premier African Minerals has announced that Cadence Minerals has elected not to fund the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) at the Zulu Lithium Project, located in Zimababwe.
- Prem will provide a further update on alternative strategies for the development of the Zulu Lithium Project in the coming weeks.
As a result of completing its due diligence at the RHA Lithium Project, located in Zimbabwe, Cadence Minerals (KDNC.L) was unable to reach final terms with Premier African Minerals. While this is a setback for Premier African Minerals, it will provide an update on alternative funding strategies for the DFS at RHA in the coming weeks.

Premier African Minerals is a multi-commodity exploration and development company with assets located across Africa. Its holds a 49% operator interest in the RHA Tungsten Mine, and 100% interest in the Zulu Lithium Project, both located in Zimbabwe.

Non-Executive Director Appointment

- W Resources has appointed Pablo Neira and Mr James Argalas as Non-Executive Directors.
W Resources strengthens its Board of Directors with these two appointments. Pablo Neira has over 30 years’ experience, specialising in managing industrial manufacturing companies and family office direct investments in Spain and internationally. He was CEO of Urbar Ingeniros, a listed manufacturer of equipment for several sectors including raw materials, minerals and quarries, as well as turn-key waste treatment plants. James Argalas has extensive financial and investment experience and is currently a Director of BOFI Holding Inc, a NASDAQ-listed branchless bank with a market cap of US$2.3 billion. He is also a Director and Founder of Presido Union LLC., a company that specialises in providing financial analysis and corporate advisory services to early stage growth companies and their investors.
