Appointment of Northland Capital Partners

§ Thor Mining has appointed Northland Capital Partners to act as Joint Broker and provide Commissioned Research Services.
Thor Mining is an AIM and ASX listed exploration and development business with interests in two advanced tungsten projects, an interest in a copper project located in Australia and an interest in a private lithium business, located in the USA. The Company’s most advanced Project is the 4.7mt, at a grade of 0.28% WO3 (0.38% WO3 eq. inc. Mo credit) Molyhil Project, located in Australia. Thor is in the process of finalising a Definitive Feasibility Study at Molyhil and this is expected to be a major de-risking event for the business. At the Company’s other advanced tungsten project, Pilot Mountain, located in the USA, the Company is also finalising a Scoping Study, which will be another major milestone for the Company.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Thor Mining owns 100% of the Molyhil and Pilot Mountain Tungsten Projects, located in Australia and the USA, respectively. The Company is also earning up to a 60% interest in the Kapunda Copper Project and has a material interest in USA Lithium, a private buinsess.
