Following the placing the Company will have 1,464,710,167 shares in issue.
NORTHLAND CAPITAL PARTNERS VIEW: Sunrise Resources will use these funds to advance its industrial minerals and precious metal projects, located in Nevada, including the CS Project where a Concept Study is underway to assess the potential for commercialisation of the project, and for general working capital.
